high-res photoWelcome Morning Edition listeners! We’re How To Do Everything, a weekly advice/survival guide podcast. We’re happy you’re here.
Most of what we do is answer your how-to questions. If you have anything you need to know how to do, send us an email at howto (at) npr (dot) org.
If you want to hear our podcast, you can scroll down for past episodes, or here’s a recent episode we like a lot.
If you like what you hear you can subscribe on iTunes or via our RSS feed here.
And if you’re trying to keep our voices straight, Ian’s the one in overalls.
I highly recommend this podcast, even if it has caused Jane Arden’s Insensitive to become a permanent part of my life.
high-res photoDoes someone wanna go to the Art Institute with me and take a picture of me looking at this on my phone in front of Gustave Caillebotte’s Paris Street, Rainy Day, which I thought was really well known but I think my art history class in Duluth just had a real heavy Chicago Art Institute slant?
Hey, Internets. The Chicago Art Institute currently has a great exhibit titled Light Years: Conceptual Art and the Photograph, 1964–1977 (running till March 11th). The MCA has an exhibit opening Feb 11th and running till June 3rd titled This Will Have Been: Art, Love & Politics in the 1980s that also looks to be pretty interesting.* You could see the works you’ve only reblogged up until now! Now, I’m not saying you’re a total My______ with no Friendsters if you miss out, but I do happen to have a guest room and membership at both museums which means you get in free. Spring breaaaaaaaak (titties)!

Illustrator extra-ordinaire Jana Kinsman is funding a project to Africanize bees and teach them to ride bikes. That might be wrong. You should watch the video and then throw money at her.
Edie Fake With Gaylord Phoenix Book (by Quimbys Bookstore)
I finally picked up Edie Fake’s Gaylord Phoenix at Quimby’s on Monday when I was there with Wolfsham and Dadamod. I should’ve made Edie sign it, but he was ringing up Wolfsham’s purchase of Mind-Thoughts and BUTT.
I am excited about 2012 and drawings of penises.
